StayStrategic Strategic Forums

We create and facilitate strategic facilities management and real estate benchmarking forums across an array of industries.  Our forums include two annual roundtable meetings that are attended on a membership basis by corporate FM and RE executives.  Members enter into a confidentiality agreement to provide and share specific, well defined, high level, enterprise metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).  This performance data, is held as confidential and released only to the members of the forum.

StayStrategic, LLC summarizes and analyzes the data in numerical and graphical format and presents it to the forum members for discussion and further analysis at the first of the two annual meetings. During the meetings, forum members communicate, share and discuss their best practices, new concepts and ideas.  In addition, StayStrategic principals present the latest thinking and methodologies on corporate FM and RE strategy. Our executive forums are generally limited to fifteen comparable companies to insure the viable exchange of thoughts and ideas in a relaxed, informal atmosphere.  An annual forum membership includes two, two day informal executive meetings which encompass: 

• Sharing of strategic level benchmarking information

• StayStrategic presentations describing the significance and use of the strategic metrics and KPI's in your strategic planning efforts

• StayStrategic presentations covering the latest developments in strategic FM and RE thinking

• Member presentations of best practices in their organizations

• Opportunity for peer to peer networking and knowledge transfer

At our corporate executive forums, we do not allow participation by any product or service vendors or FM/RE outsource service providers unless specifically requested by a forum's members for a one time subject matter presentation.   Our members are senior corporate managers that lead large FM and RE organizations.  The benefits of a StayStrategic Forum Membership is best described by a current participant:

Forum Notes

• Who should join a StayStrategic Forum?  Corporate FM and RE executives whose primary responsibility lies with development and maintenance of enterprise wide facilities management and real estate strategy.  Typical member titles include: VP Facilities, VP Workplace Services, VP Real Estate, Director Strategic Planning, Director Facilities Operations, Director Workplace Services.

• Members enter into a confidentiality agreement that is specific to the forum the member is joining.  The agreement, in essence, is to protect the confidentiality of the information and data exchanged during the forums.  This agreement is critical to the success of the organization and will not be waived.  Note:  StayStrategic, LLC is also bound by the agreement and can not share identifiable confidential member data or information without prior approval from members.

• Members are required to submit enterprise wide FM and RE operational data that will be developed by Stay Strategic, LLC into metrics, KPI's and benchmarks.  For a forum member to participate, this information must be provided and shared.

• Members attend two, two day, executive forums which occur about six months apart. In the first meeting, members review their data, transformed into KPI's, metrics and benchmarks and develop dialogue about best practices and current issues. Members during the second session engage in further dialogue about industry direction, new concepts and other member selected topics.  These sessions are hosted by StayStrategic with a networking dinner provided by StayStrategic after the first day's meeting.
